Most people prefer having a phone call because it is more comfortable talking about food, drinking, fitness and weight issues without being visible. It gives them some anonymity. In addition, many people want to take a lot of notes during the session, and that’s easier to do on a phone call. Yet, I understand wanting the face-to-face experience with me. If so, let me know.
